Children's workshops

The three bubbles, reminiscent of those joyfully blown by children symbolize the purity and innocence of childhood. It underscores the idea that at the core of parenting, there’s a need to nurture and preserve the child’s sense of wonder,
innocence, and happiness.

Our kids’ workshops cover an extensive array of subjects, including music, cooking, STEM, art, fitness, storytelling, and much more. These workshops run in parallel to academic and curriculum-based learning, providing children the opportunity to freely explore various developmental areas.

Parenting

The circles represent the journey of life – childhood, parenthood, and grandparenthood. These stages illustrate how love, wisdom, and nurturing are passed down from generation to generation and how a nurtured childhood comes full circle. It also reminds us that outside your inner circle, the heart, it truly takes a village to raise a child.

The parent infant guidance class is a group class where you’re invited to relax and observe your infant move, explore, and play with other babies while developing your own respectful parenting style. You will learn how to support and enjoy your baby’s ongoing development and build a relation to carry through life. This class is for parents and babies aged 0-15 months.

Resource Library

The rings in the logo also bring up the environmental concept of “reduce, reuse, recycle”. It encourages a conscious approach to child-rearing, emphasizing the importance of sharing – knowledge, resources, and, most importantly, love.

We welcome you to our home library with over 1500 books and Montessori inspired work materials for ages 0-6 years, painstakingly collected over many years and immensely loved by all our children. Here you’ll find books that explore themes from feelings, bedtime tales, picture books, storybooks, to songs, poems and books that teach. Our collection offers a wide range of popular choices like The Hungry Caterpillar or The Gruffalo alongside hidden gems from around the world like the Russian classic, The Firebird or Anna Hibiscus, a West African series.

Our play materials are sorted as per interest into categories like building, movement (gross motor), sensorial, pretend play, musical, STEM, manipulatives (fine motor), practical life, culture, and language. We provide Montessori inspired unit studies such as space, anatomy, habitats, the world around me, and many more, on request. We also offer a rental service of pre-loved baby gear like carry cots, baby carriers and such.

The space

The library and class is housed in the founder’s childhood home evoking a sense of warmth and comfort. This aesthetic choice creates a feeling of hygge, a Danish concept that emphasizes coziness and well-being. It is designed to replicate a family living room that is filled with laughter, stories, and heart-to-heart connections that are integral to a child’s environment.
